Yes, this is the path I've followed since the late 1980s, but I am never going to lean on you to follow it yourself, and neither is anyone else. Why? You can read a post to answer that.
Just know that many amazingly useful tools and techniques offered by this spiritual growth path can be used freely by everyone.
